I was trying to gain some weight, i quit smoking. But the reality is that i HATE IT! I was a healthy super skinny person. and people just thought i wasnt healthy looking and i thought my skin was being a disgusting horrible breakout because i was missing some vitamin/mineral.
Now i feel unhealthy. I want to smoke for the assist not to eat, but they don’t taste the same anymore and i cant smoke them. I’m just eating and cant start swimming at the gym for 2more weeks (im traveling right now).
i keep getting really tired lately from staying up to late, which makes me over eat the next day from needing more energy. and i need brain energy for my studies…
I love the mind set i was in, yes it was moody and destructive to the people around me at times, but i was still loveable and affectionate. So difficult - Motto of the day … DONT LISTEN TO WHAT OTHERS SAY> DO WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF ONLY!
